Tata Indigo CS - The sedan segment


Tata has launched the CNG version of Indigo in the indian car market. It is a short sedan car, but by looking it gives a fully grown sedan. The Tata Indigo CS laid the groundwork for the sub-four metre sedan segment in India. It was one of the first models in this segment, which is now populated by cars like the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, Honda Amaze and the Mahindra Verito.



It has a smartly tweaked braking and suspension system that adds to the safety and also to the joy of amazing ride. It has 1.5 times rigidity and much better agility than the last model. The manufacturer provides measures as length of 3988 mm, width of 1620 mm and it is 1540 mm high. The wheelbase is 2450 mm and ground clearance measures at165 mm. 


Some other advantages is that it has been intelligently designed to have an easy to read an analogue tachometer,a digital speedometer, digital clock and warning indicator. This new model also gets heater option, height adjustable driver seat, auto drive assist and many others. It's rear view mirror has an antilarge function to make nigth driving much safer.
