Finally Ford Mustang is coming in India

The Ford Mustang is an American automobile, originally based on the Ford Falcon compact. The 2014 Mustang is a 2-door, 4-passenger SC, or SCCV, available in eight trims, ranging from the V6 Coupe to the GT Premium Convertible. V6 Coupe is equipped with a standard 3.7-liter, V6, 305-horsepower engine that achieves 19-mpg in the city and 29-mpg on the highway. The GT Premium Convertible is equipped with a standard 5.0-liter, V8, 420-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 26-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims, and a 6-speed a transmission with overdrive is optional.


Ford Mustang 2014: rumours have suggested that the sixth-generation muscle car will include a streamlined and modern exterior, lighter and significantly smaller chassis and significantly improved engine and transmission efficiency - the latter a must if the company hopes to make an impact in the European market, where efficiency is key.

For right-hand-drive option the ford mustang now available, Ford has planned to market it in right-hand-drive markets like Australia and the UK. It is also thinking that new ford launching in Indian market as a "Halo" product. Recently Ford's range in India consists of mainly compact cars and an iconic car like the Mustang could not only give the Ford brand a shove up market, but also showcase the company's heritage.
